The Gordon S Miller Farm Museum

The Museum, built in 2002, contains farm machinery and farm implements used in Northford/North Branford in the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries. Artifacts discovered in local archeological digs sponsored by the society are also located here. The museum is open to the public one Saturday a month from 9 to 12 noon during the spring, summer and fall. See the "Hours" for the correct dates. The museum is closed during the winter. The museum is named for Gordon S. Miller, a long time resident of Northford and President of the Historical Society for many years. George Senercia, from Northford Timber Framers, designed and made the timbers for the Barn in the traditional post and beam style.
